2. Reservation and conclusion of the agreement
The customer selects a vehicle and rental period, provides truthful contact details, reviews the displayed price and deposit, and submits the reservation. Availability and the final rate are checked against current database data immediately before creation.
A reservation reference must be retained. Any change to the vehicle, dates or price is valid only after confirmation by both parties.
3. Driver eligibility and documents
The customer must provide valid and accurate documents at handover. The operator may refuse handover if the agreed requirements are not met or identity and driving entitlement cannot be verified.
4. Price and payment
Prices are displayed in euros. The online summary calculates each started 24-hour rental day. The authoritative total is returned by the reservation service and recorded with the reservation.
5. Security deposit
6. Cancellation, changes and no-show
A request to change a reservation is subject to current availability and may change the price.
7. Handover and return
The vehicle condition, equipment, mileage, fuel or charge level and known damage should be recorded in the handover protocol signed or otherwise confirmed by both parties.
8. Vehicle use, mileage and fuel
9. Insurance, damage and breakdown
The customer must immediately report an accident, damage, theft, warning light or breakdown, follow the operator’s instructions and provide all documents required for an insurance claim or investigation.
10. Complaints and defects
11. Consumer information and withdrawal
For car rental to be provided at a precisely agreed time or during a precisely agreed period, the consumer does not have the statutory 14-day right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason under Section 19(1)(l) of Slovak Act No. 108/2024 Coll. This does not affect any contractual cancellation rights under the cancellation policy or other mandatory consumer rights.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded by agreement.
12. Personal data
Details of personal data processing, retention, recipients and data-subject rights are provided in the Privacy policy.
13. Disputes and final provisions
The parties should first attempt to resolve any dispute directly using the contact details above. A consumer may also use the competent alternative dispute resolution entity.
